I am a proud native of the Charlotte area, born in Charlotte and raised in Union County, North Carolina. Having spent my entire life in this community, I feel truly fortunate to now be raising my family in Waxhaw. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy at Wingate University.

As an orthopedic physical therapist, I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, both conservatively and postoperatively. I am dual licensed in North and South Carolina and hold certifications in dry needling for both upper and lower extremities. Additionally, I am certified in Emergency Response for Athletes.

My clinical focus includes working with overhead athletes, particularly baseball players, with an emphasis on performance optimization, and injury prevention, as well as growth plate injuries. 

I am especially passionate about developing individualized maintenance and prevention programs that support long-term athletic development. 

I am excited to begin this new chapter in my professional career, providing high-quality, personalized care to athletes and active individuals seeking to return to their sport. My commitment to each patient is simple: you will never be treated as just another number in a high-volume clinic. From your first visit, I will create a personalized, evolving plan of care tailored to your specific goals and needs.
