At your initial evaluation, I will assess you primarily based on your injury. However, I will also conduct a whole-body screen to ensure that your plan of care is focused on you as a whole athlete, not just on one body part.


For follow-up appointments you can expect your treatment and training to be catered to how you present that day. The thing that sets Athlete's Choice apart from traditional physical therapy is the one-on-one care you receive. I will stay in close contact with you throughout your rehabilitation and always have a plan ready for you before you arrive. However, if your presentation or how you feel changes, one-on-one care allows me to quickly and efficiently change how I plan on caring for you that day to ensure you feel better before you leave. As an athlete, we must focus on your whole body recovery and performance at the same time. 


At this time Athlete's Choice is cash-based only, accepting most pay apps. I am currently in the process of becoming an in-network provider with multiple insurance carriers. Accepted carriers will be listed here as soon as they become available. 


We recommend comfortable athletic clothing, 


I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. There is no fee for missed appointments, however once two appointments are missed or cancelled without 24 hour notice, you will only be permitted to make same day appointments if there is availability. 


 I do not offer telehealth, however I stay in close contact with my collegiate athletes throughout their season.
